When Stevens Point updated the playground equipment of a local park, we were fortunate to save it from the scrap yard and repurpose it here in our doggie paradise. This jungle gym is an incredible spot for dogs to play and also serves as a valuable tool for those who are a bit nervous. Over the years, we’ve discovered that allowing dogs to reach a higher elevation helps build their confidence (see below for a great example!). A more confident dog tends to thrive in a pack, showing less anxiety and fear, which ultimately leads to more relaxed, enjoyable playtime for all.

Mack’s First Day
It was Mack’s very first day at Dee-O-Gee Care and he was nervous about the jungle gym. With some kind words and a promise of a treat or two, he slowly headed up the stairs and across the bridge. Once he reached the top, you could see his smile shine—he was so proud of himself!
